1. Purpose
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI-powered social matching service ("Service") provided by pssper ("Company"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Definitions
- "Service" refers to the AI-powered social matching platform provided by the Company.
- "User" refers to anyone who uses the Service under these Terms.
- "AI Friend" refers to the artificial intelligence characters that interact with Users.
- "Matching" refers to AI-based connection suggestions between Users.
- "Paid Services" refers to features requiring additional payment.
3. Membership
- You must be 18 years or older to use the Service.
- One account per person policy applies. Multiple accounts may be deleted.
- Information provided during registration must be accurate.
4. Services
The Company provides the following services:
- AI character conversation service
- AI-powered user matching
- 1:1 messaging
- Profile management and AI profile suggestions
- Post-match features (balance games, date plans, appointment reminders, date reviews)
- Safety features (reporting, blocking, content filtering)
5. User Obligations
- Provide accurate information and do not submit false information.
- Comply with the Community Guidelines.
- Respect others' personal information.
- Do not abuse or manipulate AI systems.
- Do not use the Service for illegal activities.
- Maintain the security of your account.
6. Paid Services
- Payments are processed through Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Subscriptions auto-renew monthly and can be canceled before renewal.
- Refunds follow each app store's refund policy.
- Price changes will be notified 30 days in advance.
7. Limitation of Liability
- AI personality analysis and matching do not guarantee accuracy and are for reference only.
- The Company is not obligated to mediate disputes between Users.
- Liability is limited to the lesser of: fees paid in the last 12 months or actual damages.
- This limitation does not apply to damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
8. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The Seoul Central District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
These Terms are effective as of February 10, 2026.
