  • Rapid Response: Reports are auto-classified by AI and actioned based on severity.
  • Transparent Process: Reporters are notified of outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement: We update our safety systems based on user feedback.

AI monitors conversations in real-time to protect you:

Pro Tip

AI safety filters aren't perfect. If you feel uncomfortable at any time, please report directly.

Reporting

Here's how to report an issue:

  1. Tap the report button on the user's profile or next to their message.
  2. Select a report category.
  3. Add additional details if needed.
  4. Submit the report.

Report Categories

  • Offensive Messages: Profanity, hate speech, sexual harassment
  • Scams/Fraud: Money requests, phishing attempts
  • Fake Profiles: Impersonation, false information
  • Offline Danger: Threats or violence during in-person meetings
  • Other: Issues not covered by the above categories

How Reports Are Handled

Once submitted, reports go through AI auto-classification → team review → result notification. Escalating penalties apply: warning, 7-day restriction, 30-day suspension, and permanent ban.

Blocking

  • Blocking takes effect immediately.
  • The blocked person is not notified.
  • Blocked users won't appear in discovery, matching, or chat.
  • If you block someone during an active match, the match ends automatically.
  • You can unblock users from Profile tab > Block Management.

Safe Meeting Tips

When meeting someone in person, please follow these guidelines:

  • Meet in public places.
  • Tell a friend or family member about your plans.
  • Never send money to someone you met online.
  • Don't share your home or work address on a first meeting.
