Allowed Behavior

Prohibited Behavior
- Fake Profiles: Impersonation or false information
- Spam/Commercial Use: Advertising, promotion, or for-profit activities
- Hate Speech: Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, etc.
- Sexual Harassment: Unwanted sexual messages or content
- Violence/Threats: Physical threats or violent language
- Child Exploitation: Any inappropriate content involving minors (immediate permanent ban)
- Financial Requests: Any form of money solicitation or fraud
- External Messaging Pressure: Pressuring users to move to other platforms
- Privacy Violations: Sharing others' personal information without consent
- AI System Abuse: Attempting to manipulate AI or elicit inappropriate responses
Enforcement
Violations result in escalating penalties:
- Level 1: Warning
- Level 2: 7-day feature restriction
- Level 3: 30-day account suspension
- Level 4: Permanent ban
Child exploitation, violence threats, organized fraud, and repeated serious violations result in immediate permanent ban.
Appeals
- Appeals must be filed within 7 days of the penalty notification.
- Email support@pssper.com.
- We'll acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a decision within 5-10 business days.
